Lucy's new trick!

We have a roller! She hasn't quite mastered going from back to tummy, but I'm sure she'll get it very soon.

P.S. I may or may not have been making her roll all.morning.long! Yay for new tricks!

Happy Love Day!

 

How could you not love Valentine's Day? I know there are a lot of haters out there when it comes to this holiday, but how could you not love having one day a year specifically devoted to love? And I gotta admit, I'm a sucker for everything pink and red! I feel so blessed to have an additional Valentine this year. She's one of the most sweetest, loving 3 month old's I know. :)

Speaking of my sweet little Valentine.. I never gave an update on the daycare situation. We're starting our 3rd week and I have to say it has been going awesome! Sherri is absolutely wonderful and I just adore the kids there. She has really adjusted well and I couldn't be more happy. I miss her but I have to admit, it's a tad bit nice to get a little break and time to myself during the day!

Oh, and another thing I love about Valentine's Day, moreso this year than years in the past, is I get to deck my baby girl all out in the cutest Valentine's Day outfit and send her to daycare with lots of yummy treats for her friends - Valentine's Day Rice Krispie treats, decorated cupcakes (with yummy filling!), and stuffed animals for her friends. Yes, I so am going to be that mom. :)
